I am solution orientated, resourceful and perform well under pressure.
I have the capacity to work well on my own initiative and can demonstrate a high level of team contribution. I am organised
with flexible time management skills. I communicate effectively at all levels while exercising tact and diplomacy. I am able
to motivate and develop staff. I hold a clean driving licence.
Over my working life I have been involved in IT, either through my home life or through
work.
When I left school I went on to do a BTEC National in ITA. I then joined the Armed Services on which
I travelled the world experiencing the life style of many cultures. Whilst in the Armed Forces I was trained as a Combat Signaller
and I had to learn a wide range of Specialist IT equipment. Before leaving the Armed Forces I went on to do adult learning
in Dgics IT training to prepare me for civilian life. I then help design various programs in Visual Basic for Architect companies
in my spare time. On leaving the Armed Services I lost touch in the IT industry and work for various companies. Still maintaining
a strong interest in IT in my home life. I then joined the Prison Service on which I am still employed at present. I now teach
and facilitate prisoners IT
